Whoa… I can’t post anything due to my busyness for a few weeks. Actually, I wanted to post something about the KOGUM but as usual my daily freaking routines didn’t let me to do so lol. After came back from Shah Alam, The KJ JPM called me and gave away 10 topics for the Pertandingan Pidato Piala Dato’ Asariah which held in IPG Kampus Bahasa Melayu, KL from 24-46^th of July. Imagine that, I only have a week to prepare the text for the first part, 7 minutes speech. Then, I need to do “homework” for the impromptu part. Which held the next day. Sangat depressed ok. Plus, I’m not a Bahasa teacher trainee because I’m majoring in Maths, so sometimes I can’t even think any good words to be used in my text. Arghh… ok, departed from BKI (Kota Kinabalu) on July 24^th, and stayed at Noble Hotel, just besides the Sogo Shopping Megamall. While waiting the other participants, I spent my time by walking around Masjid India, padahal tomorrow will be the competition day. So with the theme of Guru Penjana Transformasi Pendidikan, among these 10 topics I choose the second one.

For the first part, I think I delivered quite well, as well as the others. Biasalah tu because the text is prepared and memorized early. For your info, my impromptu speech topic was Guru Berwawasan Teras Negara Gemilang. Four minutes didn’t enough for me haha. Bla3 and the time was running out! And finally, when the results had been announced, the top 3 are totally out of my target. Winner; IPG KBM (organizer), second place; IPG KBL, third place: IPG KR. Congrates all. Btw, I’m proud to be the one of the Non-Muslim pemidato, because the were only two of us, the one is Chinese and next one is me.

A big thank you sale from Air Asia

more promotion

Air Asia Airlines made its promotion today. The cost of all tickets dropped drastically, and the promotion starts from February to June in next year. So, macam biasa my friends yang from Labuan and Peninsular Malaysia booked for themselves, and untuk saudara-mara juga. Imagine that, there was no lecture sebab pensyarah pun busy book ticket. Suddenly, my friend yang dari Sabah ajak jalan-jalan in KL, class trip konon. Apa lagi, they booked the tickets la. They asked me to join them. Firstly I refused, because my reasons sebab should have lots of pocket money and the second one, I boring sudah di KL. Wuuu… after I heard their discussion that they are planning to go somewhere; Langkawi Island, Padang Besar, Genting Highland and KL, plus the non-stop cajole, akhirnya saya join juga. Haha. The trips starts on 10 till 15^th of March 2012, and the total price of my ticket (BKI-KUL, KUL-BKI) is just RM38. So, kena simpan duit la from now on. Yang lain pergi KL in June, next year. Yang lain go nowhere, remain in Sabah during the holidays (10-18^th March 2012). Arrrrgghh… I need sponsor.

KOGUM

ok, i just found out that i am selected to attend the KOGUM. Anyway, KOGUM stands for Konvensyen Guru-guru Muda Malaysia. Actually i have heard this rumors last week and those who should go must be a JPP member and aged 21 years old or above, plus the number of trainee is just 18 persons. so, i never put any hope, because i still under-aged, below 21. haha. then suddenly, i received a call from the Head of Trainees Affair Department. wuhuuu... i will be going there! after the meeting, there are only 9 of us and perhaps will be added some more, hopefully. see you there rulers!
